Spring 2020 Assembly Summary.pdf – July 17, 2020 4:24 pmUnfortunately, due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and the limitation of the number of people meeting indoors for the foreseeable future and cooperation with the Raleigh Hilton North Hills, we are moving our Spring Assembly in July to a virtual format.
Some of us have become familiar to Zoom, but help us get everyone ready by reaching out to those who may need help with the app, website or teleconference number. The meeting number and password for our Virtual Spring Assembly in July will be posted on the Area website and emailed to you closer to the date.
If you have already made a reservation with the Hilton, you can cancel it with no penalty. We will be sending out the Notice soon with more information about the Virtual Spring Assembly in July. It will have more information and a schedule of events, but for right now save the date for July 11, 2020.
Below are the 4 agenda items with background that we will be discussing and voting on. Go ahead and distribute them out to your GSRs, in case the notice is delayed too long as we make new preparations for our Virtual Assembly.
